This project is located in the Zanbil Abad neighborhood, near Moftah Square in the city of Qom, with dual frontage. The goal of this project is to construct and deliver a modern residential complex, along with establishing a commercial unit on the ground floor.

Initial Project Design

Given the religious and geographical significance of Qom, growth and development in the city face many fluctuations. The formation of collective residential areas is one of the inevitable outcomes of expansion in this city. Religious beliefs play a significant role in urban decision-making and neighborhood relationships in Qom. Privacy and preventing visibility from outside to inside the building are key concerns for the residents, making it one of the main design challenges.
The present project will be constructed with 6 floors above the ground floor and 1 parking level. The ground floor will serve as the lobby and commercial space for the project, while the remaining floors will be residential. It is noteworthy that the fifth and sixth floors are designed as duplex units.
